★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve 1 star. We have had no power for 10 hours now. When you call them, they say they're working on it. REALLY! The lady was so rude. I am not impressed with their customer service or their attitude. I live on an acreage and I have no water (due to no power to the pump), All of our food will spoil (1/2 cow), My turtle may not survive (no pump/filter or heat). They just don't care. WOW!!! I honestly wish I didn't have them as a provider.
