On several occasions they have load-tested my battery in the vehicle and always given me an accurate report, even if it meant "no sale" for them, as in the case of a charging fault rather than a bad battery. This honest, up front approach means a great deal to me. I can confidently recommend them as a dependable source for good quality and fairly priced batteries.

Recently I bought a battery from them, only to find that I was mistaken and it was my power adapter rather than the battery that was the problem. Battery Wholesale refunded my purchase, which was big of them. I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a sold person on these batterys being top notch. How ever. I'm am sold on personal care counter person spends with people to provide a service I have been moved by. Not much impresses me with people care for others. This counter person spent an above required time and help to see this person got everything she needed. I felt so un important to him and I let it happen because I watch man kind helping a struggling elder with terminal cancer which had just been informed had less than 6 months to live. I'm moved. There is hope. And this counter person was kind enough to help me change my mind a little. Very well done. I wish more people would knew what I witnessed!!!!
