He had provided a detailed estimate and within 4 weeks had begun, starting with the removal of everything in the existing ensuite, including a corner shower stall, jacuzzi tub, vanity, cupboards, tile flooring as well as relocating the toilet. Rick and John were amazing! Be it plumbing, electrical, flooring, baseboards or drywall, they did it all, including the installation of the brand new acrylic surround shower, 60" vanity and medicine cabinet. Through it all, they were professional and kept the work area as neat and tidy as possible. We are very impressed with the work they did, as are many of our friends who have admired the finished product. We would highly recommend Rick and John for your bathroom renovation! My wife seen Bathcrest Bathroom Remodeling and Finishing online.She read some of the reviews and decided to give them a try. She phoned and talked to Rick for a consultation Rick met her at her parents and they discussed what they wanted done and the cost.Rick explained everything that he was going to do. We decided on a walkin shower.Rick took care of everything from the insulation,plumbing,tiles ,and shower wand.Rick also trimmed around tthe window and installed a sliding glass door.Rick even took parents old tub and left the bathroom spotless.We are very pleased with the outcone and recommend Bathcrest Bathroom Remodeling and Refinishing.Also the price that Rick quoted is the price we paid.

I had started the bathroom reno and after much debate with myself I decided to contact a pro rather than install some box store product. The job had complexities - a wall had to be torn down and rebuilt; the ceiling above the tub had to be replaced; there were hidden gas, electrical and water pipes behind the walls. I reached out to Rick at Bathcrest - emailed some photos and later the same day received a reply. Rick came over, spent the time required to review the work in detail and gave me some options that I had not thought of. Rick showed up on time - every time. He completed the plumbing and carpentry and installed a custom tub surround including a ceiling cap and finishes. And he was able to restore my beaten up, old tub and save me the cost of replacing it. The end result looks absolutely fantastic. From watching Rick work and seeing the end result there is no doubt that he takes great pride in his work. He was very polite and answered all my questions. For not much more than a store bought kit I got a tub surround that was custom made to fit exactly right. I am very pleased that I hired Rick - I wish I had of done it sooner.
