There's a motto we live by at Bath Fitter: don't be right, get it right. It embodies the spirit of continual improvement, helping ourselves and the world become a better place every day by recognizing problems and finding solutions.
That spirit comes from the top, Bath Fitter founders and brothers Brian, Wayne and Glenn Cotton. They took a simple idea - that there should be an easier and more reliable way to remodel your bathroom than the demolition they were stuck with in the 80's - invested lots of hard work and turned it into a thriving international company. First, they saw that commercial properties, like hotels, were running into big problems renovating their old bathrooms. Demolition cost the businesses so much time and money and contractors could be fickle. Bath Fitter provided the solution, letting commercial spaces give their patrons the luxurious tubs and showers hotels are famous for, and get back to business sooner.
But the Cotton brothers believe home owners deserve the same sparkling baths as 5-star hotels, without the extensive and extended demolition that can seriously inconvenience home life. So they quickly expanded their offerings for residential homes. For more than 35 years, Bath Fitter has worked to perfect that process to bring everyone a better bath that takes into account real people's needs. That's why Bath Fitter tubs and showers are made of high-gloss acrylic that wipes clean easily, and they are installed in one day for ultimate convenience. We still work every single day to be better and to continually improve our products and our customers' lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expensive, but the promised warranty was why we went with them. We started seeing mold come from behind that calling, they said that's normal and did nothing about it. The back panel is no longer glued to the drywall... Just a terrible company. Avoid

would definitely recommend to our friends and family!!

They lose two stars however because the handrail we have in the shower was reinstalled at the wrong angle and at least a foot and a half lower than it was originally. It was used for support when standing in the shower but is so low now it’s useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be hard to find a fault. Lisa was understanding, listened, then presented what she thought we needed. The whole process was so easy. The installers were early and ready to start. We had just painted and put in flooring and the guys were super careful. Matt and Jordan worked non stop, and the quality of their work is reflected in the finished product, we love it. Before leaving they went over everything with us, left it spotless, and answered all our question. Great job, great results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a walk in shower from bath fitter and we are not the owners that put the shower in, we are the second owners, the situation is , is that the shower handle is broken and bath fitter said that they won't be able to replace it even though they say it is a life time warranty even though we got the door put back on the roller one time and no problems, but bath fitters says that the life time warranty is not transferable. THEY DON'T TELL YOU TELL, so you basically have to put the shower in and life in the home forever to get any warrantee, awful service

What we thought would take at least two days to complete the process took these two gentlemen 8 hours. We’re very pleased with the finished product.would definitely refer Luke and Ron for your installation needs.
