This place has nothing to do or compare with the original first Basha downtown location that sadly closed. Been loving this food for 36 years straight, before covid while on the road for my work i used to eat shish-taouk min once a week sometimes twice everywhere else except Basha, some Amir places are still good, but Boustan is the only one who have up their game in the last few years. Note i live like 4min away, Monkland is a great location to eat, but tried this place for the 3rd and last time! 1 star is fair for the terasse and not charging me extra for the salad. Greating was soso, owner seems okay, they took some time to make contact to take my order but i don't mind IF the food is worth it. The chicken was DRY and tasteless not like it was marinated. Listen sometimes i go up all the way to St-Eustache to eat the best possible shish-taouk that's how much i love it. The hummus looked like liquid and again no taste, overall the tasteless driest shish-taouk sandwich i EVER ate in my entire life! I went there because i was at RBC bank and was starving, i go to restaurants to eat something that's the same or better than food at home. Even the salad had no taste at all, how is this possible, you sell food for a living come on! Before leaving i wanted to let you know, but there was no one inside the restaurant. Note to owner go try Boustan on Jean-talon near decarie, Falafel St-Jacques, Amir L'Acadie Marché Central, to name a few, to compare with the quality of your food!

I occasionally drop by here for take-out ever since it opened a few years ago. The quality is normally good. However last week I was served what was probably the worst falafel I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even tell what it was made from as it didn’t taste like chick peas nor favs beans. The inside was also black and dry.

Food was good. People working there are super friendly and offered great service. I didn't have any shawarma since the beginning of the pandemic, so I really missed it. Would definitely go back again.

Good Lebanese food nicely done. From the beef based Shawarma, Falafel, Tabbouleh, and my personal fav. Shish taouk, which is, grilled chicken skewers that utilize only white meat, marinated in olive oil, lemon, parsley, and sumac. Delicious. Give it a try.

The staff were very friendly and even if for just that, I would go back. I had 2 chicken skewers and they were grilled right before my eyes. I recommend for a quick meal!

The best Shawarma i try so far, im middle Eastern and i think all shawarmas in canada are not close to what shawarma should be, this one is the closest to the real one, i really like it ask for extra sause and garlic, and NO lettuce... we never put it to shawrma in middle east Try and u will thank me They put a very generous portion and the service is super friendly
