I was told I needed to have the some trees treated/sprayed for insects but after multiple attempts to get a hold of my Bartlett representative, I am still waiting for a call back or email. Terrible customer service! No one seems to bother to get back to me so I had to take my business elsewhere.

During both the assessment visit and application visits you could tell these guys really know their stuff. We are grateful our hedge is looking much healthier in just one season, the cost to bring these trees back to life was a fraction of what we would be looking at if we had to replace them. Highly recommend calling in the experts.

The Arborist provided good information and a detailed quote that broke everything down so I could pick/choose services. The worker who came to fertilize and the two workers who came to do the bulk of the work were professional, friendly, did a fantastic job. We had a huge dead tree removed, plus other shrubs removed and pruned and stumps removed. I'm just so impressed by the service I had to write a review, something I rarely do. Well done and I will use them again for sure!

However this time they did not follow the plan for the refuse removal that they’d asked us to arrange and upon which the quote was based. We live on a hill so they’d lower the quote if our neighbour to the right would allow them to pass through their yard with the refuse for removal. As such, we met with those neighbours, obtained their permission and delivered bottles of wine to them in advance as a thank you. Instead of following the prearranged plan, the crew unilaterally initiated contact with a different neighbour and asked to remove the waste through his yard! They did not have our permission to do this and we assume the neighbour felt he was doing ‘us’ a favour when he was actually doing the crew an apparent, unmerited favour. We were out of town at the time. There was no need for this change except to save the crew effort. They’d originally asked ‘If we can remove the refuse through the property on the right, it will save us time, and you money.’ That was the deal. The actual tree removal was fine, however initiating contact with one of our neighbours without our permission, and apparently on our behalf, is a breach of trust. We were surprised and very disappointed with this action.
J	Joel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quoted for service which we proceeded with. Quote included fall 2021 and all of 2022. They failed to show up or communicate for fall 2021. They sent a new quote for 2022 to “continue” my services for another year, unaware that they never attended in the first place. Failed to honor original quote which already captured all of 2022 and the amount of visits listed in the quote.
S	Serena Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable lack of communication. I couldn't even get a proposal quote. They came out but since then I have not received an update. I put in a request to have a quote made up - 1 week later - I am having to ask if they are coming out to do a quote. Finally, without telling me, they show up and do one. A few days go by, and I ask when will a quote be done. I am told as soon as they get the chance. A week goes by, and I still heard nothing. Totaling 2 weeks time since contacting them. I call, and ask the receptionist and she says that she will tell the person that I am emailing with to get in contact with me. He did not get into contact. If your busy, just say so. I'll find another company who has time. At least enough time to answer questions and write up a quote.
