All the staff are amazing. Their sales representatives Julia, Fernanda, and Diana are excellent at educating you with the door hardware terminology, they all have great customer service skills. Definitely hard to come across now a days. Absolutely recommend Barcres for anyone looking for hardware in the GTA

Silvia answered my fleet of questions and was so incredibly patient and helpful. When everything arrived, we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality.
