Magnifique restaurant en tout point! Les plats étaient originaux et savoureux, le service était de qualité supérieure et l'endroit est superbement décoré. Belles attentions au rendez-vous telles que le chef est venu s'informer sur notre satisfaction des plats et discuter avec nous, on m'a proposé un délicieux vin rouge local effervescent en appéritif, et le service... wow! Le service vaut la peine d'être mentionné deux fois ici, car nous avons vraiment été traités aux petits soins; le personnel est sympathique et attentionné, connaît bien ses produits et son impressionnante carte des vins d'importation privée. Un gros merci pour une soirée parfaite!
Magnificent restaurant in every way! The dishes were original and tasty, the service was top notch and the place is beautifully decorated. Nice attentions to the meeting such as the chef came to inquire about our satisfaction with the dishes and discuss with us, I was offered a delicious sparkling local red wine as an aperitif, and the service ... wow! The service is worth mentioning twice here, because nothing was too much trouble for us; the staff are friendly and attentive, knowledgeable about their products and have an impressive list of privately imported wines. A big thank you for a perfect evening!

Nous avons essayé, ma conjointe et moi, le menu pour apporter Maison Fumée et c’était vraiment délicieux. Les poissons fumés, morue au romarin et truite accompagnée de sa sauce délicate érable et miso, sont parfaitement exécuté. La texture reste moelleuse et fondante en bouche. Difficile de conserver l’intégrité de la texture d’un poisson dans une formule pour apporter, pas cette fois-ci, c’est vraiment bon. Autant de plaisir aussi à déguster les côtes de porc levées tendres et sa sauce bbq au café. Enfin! Plus de viande que de gras dans une côte levée. Très savoureuse également, la salade de tomates grillées et chèvre fumé. Ha oui! Un vin japonais...hé oui... un vin japonais, pas du saké, du vrai bon vin surprenant. Au final, on récidive.
We and my partner tried the menu to bring Maison Fumée and it was really delicious. The smoked fish, cod with rosemary and trout accompanied by its delicate maple and miso sauce, are perfectly executed. The texture remains soft and melting in the mouth. It's hard to keep the integrity of a fish's texture in a formula to bring in, not this time around, it's really good. So much pleasure to taste the tender ribs of pork and its bbq coffee sauce. Finally! More meat than fat in a rib. Also very tasty, the salad of grilled tomatoes and smoked goat cheese. Oh yes! A Japanese wine ... hey yes ... a Japanese wine, not sake, a real good surprising wine. In the end, we do it again.

Nous avons eu une soirée mémorable au Liège. L'ambiance est agréable, la nourriture du terroir est exceptionnelle, les vins sont bios et natures, le service est impeccable et les cuisiniers sont attentionnés. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. Mention spéciale aux bourgots et à l'épaule de porc et sa sauce chaga, à en faire saliver. Allez y!
We had a memorable evening at Liège. The atmosphere is pleasant, the local food is exceptional, the wines are organic and natural, the service is impeccable and the cooks are attentive. We can't wait to go back. Special mention to the bourgots and pork shoulder and its chaga sauce, to make your mouth water. Go for it!

Chaque plat composé est une expérience unique ! Je ne croyais pas pouvoir retrouver cela à Repentigny. Je ne pourrais reproduire à la maison les saveurs. Vins étonnants aussi servis au verre ou demi verre. J’adore !
Each compound dish is a unique experience! I didn't think I could find that in Repentigny. I couldn't reproduce the flavors at home. Amazing wines also served by the glass or half glass. I love !

Spent 2 hours having dinner. This place was quite reputed and we were excited to come. The wine choices were amazing. I especially loved my bubbly, refreshing and fizzy yet dry and delightful. However, the food were not that great. We decided to try their entrees. Ordered sea snails ( bourgots) , lamb and fois gras. Plus bread and provincial butter on side. 1. Herbs tasted metallic and tart. 2. All pretty blain and lack flavour. Some use of fresh flavourful herbs would be great. lack flavour or miss the ball on the consistency of the cheese and fois gras, it was quite a disappointment. Perhaps the real chef was not there last night!! Overall, not a great food tasting experience but the waiter was very enthusiastic and friendly. But no amount of dancing around and flavour the food.
