A	Anna Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow the views at the top of Sulphur mountain are gorgeous, well with the 8min gondola trip up, we didn't want to hike because the weather can change very quickly. It was sunny then raining all of a sudden. Saw people hiking down in the rain...doesn't look fun. Shoutout to Ana Garcia and Anameeta (not sure of the spelling) for helping us out. Great customer service and added that extra flare to our experience! Thank you!! :)

I booked a gondola + cruise package and they charged me already, but it turns out that the cruise cannot be offered on that date. They did not want to refund me for the whole package EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. She also HUNG UP ON ME. Totally unacceptable.

If you enjoy having your time wasted by someone who abruptly closes your enquiry, then this is the place for you. Thankfully my husband and I detected many red flags right away and DID NOT book any tours on their website. We will save our money and do our own thing. Thanks Laura! You are an asset to this company and hopefully they keep you for a very long time. sarcasm

The icefield and skywalk were amazing and unforgettable. You must have seen that. Once again many THANKS to the employees of PURSUIT!!! Greetings from Germany and next time we visit Canada we will use the other offers.

My family and I booked our reservation ahead of time back in April 21 since they advertised on their site that they’ll be open on May 1st. Just found out that they cancelled our reservation on April 29 (Friday, we’ve already arrived in Alberta. And when on vacation I don’t normally check my email) via email, not a phone call. And the customer service representative agent “Julia” said that they’ve reach out to anyone that book before May 7 but I never received any call from them. She suggested for us to speak with the manager to see if there’s other options but I initially didn’t want to because I knew what the outcome will be, a pretty much “too bad too sad” situation. I changed my mind and decided to give the manager “Aude” a call, exactly what I expected. “Too bad too sad.” I asked if there’s anything she can offer but wasn’t anything she can do to help. Can definitely do better on giving guest a heads up ahead of time so other plans can be arranged, preferably calling. PS: just be prepared to have your reservation canceled.

Our crew, Stephanie and Arielle were very knowledgeable and described our surroundings very well and explained in detail the history of the island. We had the premium trip which gave us half an hour on the island, plenty of time for photos. Thoroughly recommend this trip.
