Everything is super close in walking distance and the nice thing about the location is that despite the exciting spots that are in the near area, the building is located in a quiet street. Secure paking is also available if needed, such a bonus. The manager is super friendly and prompt to help with any inquiries. Welcome home indeed!

The apartment units were recently renovated with updated piping, bath tub and new balcony. I live in one of the studio units and its quite spacious. The building manager is also very responsive and helpful.
Y	Yassine BELKOURA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located in a quiet street. Steps away from Nelson park and minutes away from Stanley park and the beach. The units are in a very good shape. The kitchens and bathrooms have been recently renovated. All common areas are being renovated. For those who want to stay fit or build muscles, the building has a very spacious gym equipped with treadmills but basic bodybuilding equipment. The building manager is very welcoming and can be easily reached.

Any questions or concerns that I had, she was always just a quick text or phone call away, and any maintenance requests were dealt with in a very timely manner. The exterior of the building as well as the lobby and common spaces were recently renovated as well. I lived here for the past year and a half and have never experienced any issues that many other buildings in the West End face (No break-ins, NO bedbugs, etc)

S	Shaun Jordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're debating moving in here I'd strongly recommend you reconsider. 99% of the money invested in refurbishment of this building was spent on the facade and 1% on the inside. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This is still very much an old West End building. It smells, it's poorly insulated, the walls are as thin as the 50s wall paper they didn't bother to remove before trying to mask this as a slighter more modern build. Problems will start as soon as you move in where you'll be advised you entered into a contract and you can leave but it will cost you. No personalisation allowed so it's impossible to make that place feel like a home and you can't even change those dingy dust collecting 1950's curtains that belong in a dumpster not an $1900 a month apartment. As for management, the building caretaker Anna is lovely (apparently she's no longer there) but beyond her it's a joke. They are a complete nightmare who won't even return your calls, texts or emails. There's a reason Tribe have a 2 star rating. Save your sanity and move elsewhere. It's treated as a business so they prefer a revolving door of tenants so as to maximise their profits and follow trending rent rates. Oh and if you misplace your keys - they charge you like $500 and they only give you one copy so invest in an Apple Tag or Tile if you're silly enough to move there.
