★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great beach that is quite long by Victoria standards. It is also pretty sheltered and quiet. Not sandy, but loose, small pebbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that home owners above the beach report fires and noise after 10pm. Cars get towed at 10pm and the police & fire come to issue tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I try to make this a destination spot as often as possible once the weather gets nice and warm. The water is always clean and safe, and the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon picnic or an early evening dinner (please clean up after yourselves ?). I've been coming here since I was his age (10) and one day I only hope that he'll be bringing his kids here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Victoria's best hidden beaches, especially if you can catch it at low tide. At the north end, there is an old saltwater swimming pool built into the rocks, and at the south end, a second little sandy beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully quiet and catches the sun. Not wheelchair accessible (75 stairs down to access beach). Dog-friendly (often has off leash dogs). There is a public garbage can and bike rack at the access path above the stairs.
