★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our wind-up here last night. Wasn't adequately staffed for the amount of people and the waitress seemed overloaded. We had to ask for everything instead of them asking us. She said she would bring a pitcher of water and never came. I had been here once before when it wasn't as busy and ordered the Yam fries, yesterday they were less than half the portion for $8. Someone else ordered Yam fries and 3 times what I got. So inconsistent for that. They made some errors on our bill and couldn't figure it out. They aren't very attentive hopefully they work on that. On the plus side it is fun here. Here is a photo of my yam fries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I have been there. Went and got a few appetizers and beers with friends. Played some sweet games such as Mario Kart, Ice Ball, basketball,space invaders and pool.
We wanted to hit some balls in the batting cages but they have league players coming in Monday to Wednesday so that's a thing to take note of if that is your particular reason for going there.
The wings and dry ribs were so awesome. We had a bunch at the venue and we had to get some for home snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed by Baller's. The decor and finishes are very nice, the servers are friendly and the food and drink was pretty good too! Each token is 50 cents and it cost between 1 to 4 tokens per game. They have a large choice of games from pinball, air hockey, and Mario cart etc. Children are allowed there until 8pm. I was there on a week night and it was a nice mix of ppl including some kids. This is a great addition to Regina! I look forward to going there again and trying the batting cages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of games to play with your friends. You can spend couple hours here, have a few drinks and you won't even notice it. The service can be improved. I was there with a group of friends and we were only approached once after 15 min of being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this establishment, on a Friday evening were greeted well and were told it is only 10 for unlimited gaming purchased those passed order food around 9 food eventually arrived at around 9:45 not that we minded as we were playing the games however as soon as the food arrived we were told “today is rave night” we and if we wanted to stay would be an additional 20 per person and we just said we will finish our meal and leave as no one mentioned it before we ordered meal, however every 10/15 minutes someone would come by and ask us to pay for the rave with a rather uninviting tone and once again we would mention we are just trying to finish our meal eventually the bouncer came and basically told us to leave what started out as a great evening ended rather harsh and sad definitely could have been handled a lot better lady working was just the messenger said “ I get paid minimum wage don’t ask me talk to the boss” hope the boss will respond to this I never leaves reviews ever good or bad but this experience was ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with friends, the place was pretty full, was surprised that they allowed minors by and around the bar. There was only 1 server working our area. We didn't get seated and seated ourselves, the staff looked exhausted and didn't seem to want to help us, we burned through a 20 dollar card for games in under 10 minutes. The way the whole building is set up feels terrible everything feels like its in the way. 1 star to the business and 5 stars to the staff, they were very polite and understanding. Not as many games as I thought there would be...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never left a bad review before but this was an awful experience. We made a reservation and drove an hour to come to this place and when we got there they did not have a table reserved for us and didn’t have a table open that was big enough for our group so we had to pull two chairs to the end of a table. We had to ask for a server twice before someone finally came. Once the server did come we found out they aren't serving food. Nobody told us at the door or when we made the reservation that the kitchen was down. We also were not told that the $10 all you can play cards had to be purchased at the bar so we had already purchased cards at the machines which were non refundable. All of the staff seemed to lack training and looked very overwhelmed. This was also not our first poor experience here. The place itself is very cool but the service is really lacking.
