I was happy with my arrangements that they helped me make when my Mom passed away. The staff made planning as easy as possible and were upfront about the costs involved. You truly have a caring and compassionate team!

Me and my family, planned my wife's funeral, and the director seemed great! Promised things that we asked for and never followed threw. The day of the funeral was really poorly organized, reason was the director that planned it was not there, the other director had no clue. Cut the viewing early not allowing all family to visit. Chairs were put in front of immediate family during the service, not allowing emediate family to see clearly. Did not receive all pictures that were used, received the cremated remains 4 days late. Highly recommend using a different funeral home. The director in charge keeps saying "it's not my fault" so verry unprofessional.

We recently had a family funeral at Ballard-Minor funeral home. Our whole family was impressed with the care and respect we received. Ian led us through the process and helped answer questions. Everything we asked for was done with dignity and respect. Thank you again Kathy Egger

Horrible experience! Very poorly organized by the director and very rushed with any questions the family had during setting it up. All items where not given back when clearly stated we wanted them back after the service prior to cremation. Krista rushed everything during arranging things and was not present as believed to be until the last minute she advised someone else would be present during funeral day. The guy had no idea what was going on and then he attempted to close the visitation 30 mins early not allowing family to view prior to the service. Also after cremation we have not received death certificate in which was asked for multiple times. Keep getting told to ask another person for it. This has since resulted in a huge loss to the family as the death certificate is needed for many financial reasons. This has been a very poor experience and I would never recommend this funeral home. Very unprofessional and horrible way to make an already difficult thing even worst. I am appalled at the lack of compassion as well as the demeanor and support they are providing to there clients. I am so very sorry to the immediate family in which had to go through this awful experience and to the husband that is still waiting to be able to finalize everything because they are no help and keep putting the blame on others and pushing this all off to be fine. It is in no way fine nor will it ever be fine to do this to anyone let alone a 3 year old boy that has lost his mother before Christmas and is now suffering an even greatly loss because no one will take the time to assist the family with any missing documents, belonging etc. This is a disgrace to humanity and a disgrace to the business how they allow there employees to proceed with arrangements and not live up to the exceptions set out the first day the husband has walked through those doors.

We dealt with the staff for both of my parents funerals. They are kind, compassionate, and gracious. They also were very accommodating for the internment and kept everything very professional. They answered all of our questions about the processes we needed to go through. They were also very thoughtful and resourceful. I can't see anyone giving Ian Robin or Christa anything but a glowing review. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Truly made a difficult time easier. We felt we were in good hands and trusted them immensely. Everyone has been there from the first call. Answered every question with empathy and helpfulness.
