★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a year in advance. No call to warn of the appointment so I missed it because I had the date wrong by one day and was never contacted to ask where I was. She wanted to charge $75 for the no show. Had to rebook and wait another 4 months for another appointment. Get to that appointment on time and shes over an hour late at the hospital. Had to miss a very important meeting at work because of this. No one apologised at any point. I should charge her $75. Absolutely shoddy service.
