★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakerhill did a complete interior renovation, to the bare walls, of our century home. It included dismantling a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, excavating an exterior staircase, and building a stone slab front porch.
Trevor kept the project on track and problem solved as the inevitable surprises revealed themselves. He asked questions we would not have thought of and guided us through the endless possibilities to reasonable solutions. He was patient snd encouraging as he listened to the must haves, wishes and needs and helped prioritize according to budget.
The finished product is completely customized and beautiful. The attention to detail is noticeable the craftsmanship excellent.
The entire Bakerhill team are polite and respectful and easy to work with, making the entire experience all worth the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Trevor Sean by a designer in the fall of 2020. He was very friendly and quickly scheduled a visit to discuss what we were looking for. Our project was to take out a load bearing wall, replace all of the main floor flooring, renovate the kitchen, redo the powder room, remove all popcorn ceiling, and add pot lights. After we discussed the scope, we began talking about rough cost estimates. He was estimating $80-120k and we discussed if there was room for negotiation. His demeanour changed and he seemed off put by the project. He said he’d take some pictures and send a quote….but the quote never came. We followed up with him a few times, but never got a response. Ended up giving up and went with another project manager/crew who completed the project for just under $80k with permits and passed city inspections. I guess that’s the silver-lining for being ghosted. My review is only based off of communication and can’t speak to the quality or service.
