They scheduled us incredibly quickly and were extremely through. Jeff walked us through all the jargon so we would have a clear understanding about all areas where there was room for improvement so we could make a decision on what areas to address prior to sale to help us get the best offer. The Baker Street report came the same evening as our inspection and Jeff's team was able to clarify any details that were unclear. They are incredibly responsive and we would highly recommend them, and we are extremely confident in the accuracy of the report.
