β β β β β I contacted Stephan via email to get a quote from him for the backyard project which required turning a 20' by 24' area from concrete to lawn. He came over on a Friday to look it over and give me a quote, to which I agreed upon after requesting an emailed invoice from him on Sunday. In this direct quote he says, "Could probably start this week so we could be done by next Tuesday." But I didn't hear back from him after the agreement. On the following Wednesday and Thursday I sent him a text to which he never replied to. On Friday I called him. The explanation was that his buddy was supposed to break my concrete but he accepted another project instead and he was going to wrap him in a couple days. Alright, so I wait. Tuesday, the day it was meant to be completed I text him. No response. Wednesday, I call him and ask him when exactly this buddy is available. He says a couple more days and agrees to contact this buddy. No response for an entire week. I text him again expressing my disappointment over his lack of communication. He says he'll call his buddy tonight. Flash forward to present day, May 5th 2021, 24 days since we agreed on the project. He has ghosted me entirely. Doesn't read my texts or pick up my phone calls anymore. Take from this review what you will. If you want someone to waste your time and string you along for a month, look no further.
