The therapist will then instruct you on how to get on the table and leave the room to allow you to do so. They will knock before re-entering. Always remember, our goal is for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable treatment. Patients are always draped by a sheet and covered for warmth. Only areas being treated are exposed.
Throughout your session, your therapist will inquire about your comfort level and level of pressure on your body. At the end of your treatment, the therapist will make recommendations regarding followup, maintenance and/or exercise and icing protocols. They will leave the room and allow you to dress.
