★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not honest with their exchange rate. Always giving excuses that rate just changed 10 mins ago and website was not updated. I won't recommenced them. Rather get a lower rate but not work with dishonest people. Also Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 3 years, they’ve been my favourite and only place to exchange money. But now everything is different than how it was.
Their methods of operation has been changed a lot. New employee doesn’t even know what to do or how to help PLUS takes very long time to finish a simple transaction. The way they work may be acceptable in their country of origin but not here in Canada. The new employees there need to learn the fundamentals of customer relations as they are condescending and discourteous.
I am utterly disappointed with their services and for these reasons and more, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I got a better rate at the CIBC ATM after this place did not want to match my online account rate with xe - I did not give him a online viewing rate but a trade rate that I can purchase. The guy didn't even turn from his desk when i asked if he can match rate. He just answered "NO" I walked out I will never revisit this place nor will my husband after being treated like garbage. Go elsewhere where they value their customers instead of getting ripped off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied as they kept tossing me over to other people every few seconds. He quoted my 440 then when I asked what the price was he told me to hold on and gave me his other employee who changed their price all of a sudden. They are not consistent. For that reason I am not going to go to this place again. Waste of 1.5 hours of my time. Rude and disrespectful staff. You lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should hire better people. The lady on the phone started shouting at me when I asked her about equivalent amounts in different currencies. She kept repeating the same amounts but with a louder voice! I have been transferring money with them for almost two years now. This is not the first time, but I will definitely never transfer any money through them again.
