Good Ramadan offers.
I specially want to write about today's experience.
I ordered two Ramadan deals.
I reached at agreed time, still need to wait.
I understand that, rush hour due to the Ramadan.
When my orders get ready, I picked up and went to my home.
When I opened my order, I found out it's messed up. And couple of items were missing.
I called back and informed them about it.
Person who attended the phone apologized, without any argument and told me that due to the rush and lot of orders its happened.
I can come and pick up missing items and also upgraded my order.
That's a good gesture and customer service. Highly appreciated.

We were late picking up so got some reminder calls that were friendly and professional. Excellent customer service! Not our first time buying from here and will definitely not be our last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always try to support our people business but they dont deserve. Its long story short they need to improve in customer service.We drove 30mins for this pizza shop. If you have 1 Debit Machine or not accepting credit card. Inform to custome they have to wait for there order for 30-60mins when they are placing order on phone. Or may be you will not get anything if there is option for cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halal Wings! Let’s be honest the wings are a little small! Not sure about the source bird quality…? I don’t look too close at the certification. Now the meat lovers pizzas are great! Great staff… polite and generous with the “official” wing count and the halal pepperoni coverage and cheese ratios! My keto commitment takes a beating this time of year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wings were very dry and saucy. It seemed like they cooked the wing twice. Basically you are tasting the sauce when you are eating the wings. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience with the length of wait time.
