Brian let me know what he was doing and what to expect during my waxing. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Brian (B.Natural Esthetics)! By far the best waxing I have ever had!

He is informative, highly trained and seasoned in his profession. Brianβs knowledge on skin care/treatment has been so helpful and he has supplied and recommend high quality products that are appropriate for my skin and needs that wonβt break the bank.
I would highly recommend B.Naturals to all men looking for a quality wax or facial, Brian will not disappoint!

Brian instantly made me feel at ease. Very knowledgable and friendly he kept me informed through every step taken during the facial. In addition to feeling confident and relaxed I left with professional information about my skin and how to care for it.
He even took into account my low-plastic endeavors when it comes to his recommendations for my everyday skin care. Great experience!

He was professional, cautious and very friendly. His technique is really good and delicate, he always made sure I was comfortable during the treatment.
I definitely will go back with him the next time I'm in Ottawa.
