I’ve been working with this company since year ago and they were always on time and the cost of shipping with them is more reasonable, compare to the other companies that I used to work with .

Major issues that came up include delivering package after 28 days even though they advertised 10-15 days. Second, was lack of security/ reliability. My package was almost delivered to the wrong person due to lack of security measures from this company. and thirdly, it was difficult to even get someone on the phone to resolve this problems. The receiver called them for a day several times until they picked up the phone late around 8:00 pm. If I was not constantly following up, the package would have been lost. I would not recommend this service to family or friends and wondering how others talk about B.M. Marketing`s professionalism.
