S	Seth Kretser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last July after a long hike in sandals, my foot started hurting and swelled up to the size and color of a horror movie prop. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced. I had to keep it elevated on the back of the couch to manage the swelling and pain. After two visits to the emergency (where they wanted to shoot me up with steroids and send me on my merry way without finding out what was actually wrong), and a month wearing a walking boot that didn't help, I saw an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with Freiberg's Infraction. He wrote me a prescription for orthotics and sent me to B.D. Mitchell. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. I saw Meagan, who was kind and awesome and somehow managed to touch my foot without causing me to burst into tears. My theory is that she's an angel. My orthotics came in two weeks later. I walked into the office on crutches, and I walked out under my own power. I cannot overstate how much it helped IMMEDIATELY. I had some problems with shin splints (because I hadn't bent my foot in two months), but otherwise, no problems. It's been about 8 months, and I haven't had a single flare-up as I wait to have foot surgery. I was so pleased that I bought a second set of orthotics from them. Great customer service and great products.
D	Danika Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first had plantar fasciitis a couple years ago, Megan was able to fix me up with orthotics. When going back recently dealing with April at the front desk was difficult as she is not clear about cost and does not have a clear understanding of procedures. I found coming back several times for adjustments to my orthotics, I would never be greated by April. She was very rude and I will not be a returning customer because of her poor work ethic and customer service. I am also still dealing with the pain in my feet as my orthotics were never fixed properly. Nor was the time given to figure out if there was a bigger problem.
