Did not have a good experience. They are quite happy to take your money but it when your case is not easy a little more challenging your dismissed.

It is not worth it - a set of core principles and values are missing to take care of patients. Double think and speak thoroughly with the probable doctor/practitioner before jumping for it. It's a waste of time and effort; I'm leaving out the money part.

I was looking up the phone number to confirm an appointment, and was surprised to see a negative review. I can only speak for one licensed psychologist (Dr. Anwar), who is highly competent. I can also speak for the clerical staff, who are very friendly, serve free beverages, and go to great trouble to ensure your appointments are convenient. Therapy physical or mental takes hard work and time; and sometimes, depending on the wound, all the therapist can do is be present with you so that you don't have to experience it alone and help you adjust to your circumstances. You can't expect a magic wand. And yes it is expensive. The decade plus of education and "apprenticeship", the awkward hours, and the office and support staff., and the relative lack of available professionals to meet demand. And in some cases, the cost ensures that you take the treatment seriously and not take up time someone else could use. Their fee is actually competitive when comparing to other services; but if you really want, you could find a licensed psychotherapist, but has a narrower range of ability (think chiropodist vs podiatrist.) but maybe you can find one whose skillset matches your injury.

Subpar online service. I got a greeting, and upon explaining what I would need help with it was at least 5 minutes before I was transferred. I wasn't told why, and I didn't get any indication that the person they transferred me to was even listening. On top of this; in the "careers" option, nothing will happen once you click the link allowing you to view administrative positions. So on top of little to no customer service, you can't apply for a job due to technical errors that no one has bothered to fix yet.

I took my son here for anxiety and behavioral issues he has at school, after several visits and a few hundred dollars I was told I should have him assessed, which is sort of what I had been under the impression I was doing. Staff seemed friendly. Wouldn't go here with children who can't fully discuss their problems. I do know other people who have had great experiences here with teens/young-adults.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Rebecca Stead. Due to working with COVID as a nurse, it was very stressful. I was lucky to call the clinic and they were able to see me quickly over the last few months. Appreciate all of their help and provide strategies for me to carry onwards. I definitely recommend this clinic/request Dr. Stead and return again down the road.

I would like to take the time to first thank Dr. McCabe Bennett for all the assistance. I would also like to thank the company B & C Health. I appreciate the support and would recommend this clinic.
