★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! Even if you do have a Reservation! Your pace is not reserved! Manage as a monopoly. Customer service worthy of a monopoly! Reservations are useless besides boarding to the boat first. For our return from Tofino, they made us miss the ferry for 10 minutes late, so we missed our flight and had to pay for another reservation. It was the least of their worries.
