My wife and I recently moved into a new construction townhouse that featured cabinetry from Aya. Of the 3 new constructions we have bought, by far Aya has provided the worst pre-closing installation and post-closing service. On closing day, we were missing drawers, shelves, and cabinet door in the master ensuite. All handles, all kickplates were missing throughout the house. There were damaged cabinet doors, and the undermount valance lighting for the kitchen was not installed. Over three months after moving in, Aya only installed the handles and some kickplates. Over five months after moving in, we only have the cabinet doors replaced (but one of the replacement doors is damaged itself!), and a few more kickplates and some shelves installed. As of today, we have no timeline as to when/if Aya will complete the remaining deficiencies. Our builder told us they would call and email Aya to follow up but apparently Aya would either only provide vague non-committed responses, or does not respond at all. At this time, we must warn anyone who's considering Aya to be fully wary of of the quality of their service.

We purchased our home from Country Homes in Milton and soon found out the cabinetry was done by AyA Kitchens & Baths. From the moment we stepped into the new house we had issues with the supplier. Our kitchen was unfinished and the installer had done a really poor job on installation. Paint chips, incorrect holes drilled, inside cabinets were damaged, and the island wasn't secured onto the floor properly so we could literally lift it off the ground. We had faith in Aya to order what we needed replaced and unfortunately things just continued to go downhill from there. An order had been confirmed received and placed however when they made the appointment for installation they showed up with items that were not for our kitchen. Turns out the order had never been placed....we had to wait another 5 weeks for the cabinets to be manufactured. We had them in again and 2 of the drawer covers came correct however 2 doors came and did not have the proper holes drilled in them for the hinges. There are more things I could list but I'm sure you get the jist! They are extremely unorganized at the head office it seems. I hope no one else has to go what we have gone through with them. It has been a nightmare. Good Luck.

I had a very good experience with Aya. I went to their Mississauga location. This review is mainly about my experience with their Senior Desinger Joanne Hamaway. I enjoyed everything about the process of having my kitchen remodelled and working with Joanne. From our first meeting, she steered me in the right direction, and worked within my budget. I had a rough idea of the look I wanted, but she was able expand on that and suggested very practical solutions to a rather difficult space. The kitchen in the end is beautiful and looks similar to the original idea that I presented to her. I have all the essentials that I need, the storage space and pull outs are perfect for the space. So in the end she was able to design a practical efficient kitchen without comprising on the look or budget. This girl knows kitchens! I also had a good experience with their installer Glen. He was skilled at what he does and kept to the timeline we discussed. He also made a few suggestions to enhance the layout that weren’t on the plans. These last minute changes really made a difference in the overall look. They were minor tweaks to the layout, but made a difference in the end.

Things were fine up until install after which they become horribly unresponsive. Lead times are awfully slow. Called to speak to someone in person multiple times and have had no one contact me back. Not worth the hassle.

We did a full kitchen reno with Aya and couldn't be happier. The entire process from design to installation and finishing went smoothly. The quality was amazing, Definitely worth the price. Our designer Didar was top notch. She was very helpful making our kitchen one of a kind. She spent a lot of time with us in the design process to make sure our final layout and design was perfect. Didar was always there with suggestions and creative input. They were very careful bringing everything in and setting it up. Igor, our installer did superb work making sure all the cabinets were set up just right and all doors lined up perfectly. We also installed a countertop and backsplash through them which turned out amazing. Overall we are very happy and will recommend them to everyone we know.

We worked with Aya on a residential renovation project. The project was a great success thanks to Aya's team effort. The staff are professional, friendly, and energetic. Throughout the process, we had the chance to work with Didar, Cathy, Mario, Andrew, and Nelson. Everyone showed enthusiasm and expertise in their own field. The project was challenging because of the unique design, but the Aya team pulled everything together with confidence and delivered 100% satisfaction right on schedule. As a design firm, we are happy to endorse Aya and recommend them to our clients with confidence. Fan@AwAwDe

Terrible company from design to install. The designer was rude and did not take any of our preferences into consideration (at one point even calling our requests β€œweird”). Their installers left piles of garbage in our house and garage. Cabinets arrived chipped and damaged, doors are missing, island is misaligned and looks cheap. Three weeks after project was supposed to be complete, we are still missing doors and have no ETA.

I had a lovely interaction with Stella, who walked us through their options. They are semi-custom, and she’s very upfront about what will work where, and what materials will work better. She has a great eye for design, and is very professional. We ultimately went with another kitchen place due to fully customizable options, but we had a fantastic experience with Stella.
