Je contacte la clinique afin d'avoir un rendez-vous avec un osthéo pour mon bébé de 6 mois et demi. On me confirme une date. Une semaine plus tard je reçois un message texte ainsi qu'un appel me confirmant le rendez-vous. Je me présente à la date et l'heure convenu et à la réception elle me dit que non ce n'est pas aujourd'hui. Je lui montre le message texte et elle continue à marmoner que ce n'est pas possible que c'est la semaine suivante etc. Je lui répond et lui disant que cela est impossible puisque l'on ma appeler et envoyer le message texte dans lequel la date et l'heure sont clairement indiqués. Bref, elle ne cesse de répéter que nous n'avons pas de rendez-vous que c'est la semaine suivante. À la place de vous obstinez avec les clients et de nous laisser croire que cela est notre erreur alors que tout indique le contraire, offrez donc une nouvelle option. Mauvaise gestion et très mauvais service à la clientèle de la part de la réceptionniste.

I contact the clinic to have an appointment with an osteo for my 6 and a half month old baby. I have been confirmed with a date. A week later I receive a text message and a call confirming the appointment. I show up at the agreed date and time and at the reception she tells me that no, it's not today. I show her the text message and she continues to mumble that it is not possible that it is the following week etc. I answer him and tell him that this is impossible since they call me and send the text message in which the date and time are clearly indicated. In short, she keeps repeating that we do not have an appointment that it is the following week. Instead of obstinately dealing with customers and letting us believe that this is our mistake when everything points to the contrary, offer a new option. Poor management and very poor customer service from the receptionist.

Je n’est aucunement obtenue l’empathie, la bienveillance et l’écoute dont une patiente vulnérable est légitime de s’attendre d’un professionnel de la santé. Je suis sortie de la clinique déstabilisée bouleversée.

My first consultation experience was disappointing. I do not appreciate the particularly confrontational approach of the professional. I have not obtained the empathy, benevolence and listening that a vulnerable patient is legitimate to expect from a health professional. I left the clinic destabilized upset.
