★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my children here for a couple years, nice facility and friendly people but many costs compared to other facilities. Required to provide everything except food while other facilities do provide some of those things for you. They also charge a $20 “parent time” fee which I’ve never seen before from any of the 5+ facilities I’ve used.
The final straw was the daycare attempting to charge me a full month’s fee during a literal pandemic because my daughter was there the first day of the month(5 hours of care) before numbers started rising and we decided it wasn’t worth the risk. We weren’t aware that we were required to phone to formally withdraw her otherwise they act as if she showed up and was taken care of everyday.
