★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just AWESOME !!! I was on holiday with my 2 young boys, 3.5 hours away from my house. My alternator broke at 10am, I stopped at Avo's didn't have somewhere to go, did know where I was (first place I saw) in less than 30 min. my truck was in the garage for the diagnosed. They order the part right away and they fix it. At 2 pm, I had my truck back and my 2 boys and I could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thanks Avo's and the so nice lady at the costumer services !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there because I have a gas leak in my car gas tank and the lady at the reception seemed to be stressed out and she paniced when she knew my car is old (2003).
I just went to another shop and got the job done and the new mechanic didn't even complain about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get gas here often, and the guy that runs the place is always yelling at people. I see good reviews for the work he does, but watching yell at customer's doesn't make we want to come here to get my car fixed...ever.

The mechanic himself is very professional but looks grumpy:) The lady at the reception is also very nice.
Overall had good experience every time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is excellent. They're patient in explaining their findings. They're clear upfront about timelines, expectations, and costs. They're not at all pushy with their recommendations. I have found them to be trustworthy, friendly, efficient, and professional, and I am overall pleased with their service.
I first brought my car in from a CAA tow. The CSR I spoke with for the tow had a ton of unprompted positive feedback to share about Avo Auto. I chose them because of their proximity to me, but the CSR's feedback really set the expectation high. Avo Auto lives up to their reputation.
I definitely recommend Avo Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be awesome and really upfront about the service they provided. My family lived here for years and used this garage for generations. My husband and I recently moved here coming from Newmarket and because we had gotten our cars tires changed at Mr. Lube back when we lived in Newmarket, and there were some issues with the bolts on our car that only a garage could help with (hence why we were happy we moved somewhere with a great garage near by) we called Avo's and they refused to give us service because we previously used Mr. Lube...... they gave very little reason why, and when we asked where do we take our car then they said "I don't know find a different garage". Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re prices are competitive with any other place. I been taking my car here over 2 years and they’ve always called and ask for consent before doing anything to my car so I don’t have any unexpected fees. Honestly I can’t ask more than that. Thanks guys!
