I am truly happy with what i got, Adrian answered every question i had and beyond that, a true asset to the company. I will soon be back for that snow plow.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tractor purchase went well. I took one star off because the initial experience with getting pricing information was confusing and inconsistent. After the price was sorted out the process was smooth and Avenue Machinery provided good customer service including delivery and addressing some minor issues with the tractor. Hopefully that good service will continue when it's time for servicing.

My wife and I were looking for a tractor with mower deck, loader and excavator and we found it at Avenue machinery. We shopped around, and the sales people at other dealers didn’t even take the time to show us the equipment.
Noel, took the time to show us, let us try the machines, and get a feel for it. Also the price tag was $5000 less that the other people (green coloured old school designs machine)
From the sale, service and to delivery of our machines was a seamless effortless transaction. And for Noel to follow up and check on us, was a amazing. Heck I even called him for a few minor details that I couldn’t figure out. His service was exceptional!!
Highly recommend dealing with Avenue Machinerie in West Kelowna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure (?) of having my Kubota RTV serviced at Avenue Machinery in Vernon. Although I don’t like paying for mechanical services the Kubota needed it and I had no choice.
Very impressed with the workmanship and service that I received from the establishment and especially from Vojtech Kahanek, the service manager at the Vernon location.
Hey, it’s still working after a week of use. All kidding aside, thank you Vojtech for the speedy and amicable solution to my problem .
If you are ever in the Slocan area please make contact and I will give you a sightseeing tour on my Kubota

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with Avenue Machinery and in particular, our sales rep Stefan. We were new to purchasing a compact tractor, our first one, to take care of our acreage. The whole sales process was professional and their pricing competitive. More importantly, the service was amazing. Stefan delivered the tractor and provided all the orientation and training we needed to get started right away using our new machine. Would highly recommend Avenue and their team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give a great review, My dad bought a sideby with a blade to clean snow in his yard, there was about six hrs on it. I went to change the tires they had no grip, when I desicoverd that the front seal was leaking and bearing was gone. I called, went in and was told that no warrenty on after it leaves on anything they sell. Clearly it was leaking when it was bought, they claimed it wasn't like that when they sold it. Not only that my dad asked them to fill it up as he had just had surgery. It was not I took it down and filled it for him and it cost like 25 to fill but they couldn't do even that. I called and asked for Mark the owner to call me and he still has not returned my call.
Now we have to cover the cost of repair witch is about 300, they did however give me the parts for free the total for that was 30 dollars. They had no problem booking it in for service but all cost would be paid by my dad, they did offer to pick it ip at no cost..
I was not impressed for all those reasons I can only give them one star ?, and I will not be recommending them to anyone... ? Hoppfully the next time they sell to a retired person they get better treatment then my dad did.this is just my opinion and I'm sure not end this way...
Hopefully other have a better experience..? ?
