★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management, very high employee turnaround. They promise you 35 hour over phone then only pay day rate after your hired.
Worked there roughly 6 months and they refuse to pay me for what im owed.
Currently being taken to labor board by many employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There drivers of there flat deck pickup trucks can not park....parked right in the middle of the road at the hotel in fsj. Management should have a parking training day for some of the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a perfect company, however my experience with them has been a positive one. I was injured on the job and they jumped in to make sure a was taken care of. They took me to appointments and paid my full salary for the time I was healing. I'm sure like any company I could find something to complain about, I choose to focus on the positive. This is a relatively new company that is growing very fast. They pay fair wages and have an ok health plan I have worked for many companies but Avenge has been consistently busy with lots of new contracts being signed regularly. I look forward to a long stay with Avenge and hope to help them grow..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their drivers have no respect for construction zones. Never even slowed down. Or they are not smart enough to prepare for a hill (that has plenty of warnings). Regardless, bleak looking future after reading other reviews.
