The older guy is the completely opposite.
Parking enforcement is around the place like crazy and wanna put their hands in your pocket.
Definitely not a driver friendly place.

A lot more than any other department in the company and yet the higher ups turn a blind eye to the complete unprofessional-ism.The cost of retraining new staff in hours and experience is costing the company in performance and burn out in the remaining staff.
