Avcorp is a company that has no care for it's employees with many people getting terminated or laid off with little to no support from the "union" (or lack of union). The management here is a challenging group to deal with as well. They will micromanage and watch every move you make until you learn to follow their outdated rules. This is not a progressive company but one lost in the old ways of conducting business. Avcorp is not unique in how it functions. The Aviation industry as a whole is one that needs to get with the times. In my opinion it is not a place of employment recommended for those that are looking for a future for themselves and their families.
