β β β β β Really impressed with Avara! First, was glad that they accepted this small job, many landscape firms are not willing to do smaller scale residential. This was not a problem with Avara at all! They were extremely professional, prompt and worked carefully and efficiently. We had a small issue with our irrigation system which required a return visit, which was scheduled promptly and the issue resolved. Would have no qualms about re-engaging them down the road. Would recommend them, both for the quality of the work, but also for the professionalism displayed throughout the engagement.

β β β β β Phoned Avara for a estimate on building a new deck, estimator came out, measured, mentioned to me that I could save money if I bought the product myself, and they would install, came back once again to re-measure, only to get a email later stating that they are declining my job, because they would not make enough money. Very unprofessional, will never phone AGAIN
