★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t waste your time with this company. My car was totaled, which means I’m suppose to get a refund. I’ve called countless times and they’ve told me my loan company has to send a cancellation request when I call my loan company they say they do no such thing. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they say he is not there or they will have him call me back. My car has been totaled since JULY. And now we are almost in November. It’s in my contract that I’m entitled to a refund. And if they won’t give it in my eyes they are a fraudulent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a BMW 2013 x3 28i in August of last year. Over the last month I had been dealing with a "Drivetrain Malfunction"... The BMW was brought to Canbec on Decarie, I have never owned a BMW before nor am I mechanically inclined so, I was at the mercy of the mechanic (in this case Canbec). They quoted me $4400 plus tax to "repair" the problem, with no guarantee that the repairs that they wanted to carry out would solve the drivetrain malfunction. (this after having already done $6200 of repairs to fix the same drivetrain malfunction.). Again, I am not mechanically inclined so, were it not Eric of Advantage Plus, I'd have had to either scrap the car or agree to another $5000 of repairs. When Canbec quoted me the additional $4400, Eric had the BMW picked up (Eric picked up the tab for the towing) and brought to a mechanic that he trusts with BMW's. from there, Eric "quarterbacked" the entire process.
Eric was professional, kind, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. If you are buying a vehicle which is no longer covered by the original warranty, I would strongly recommend investing in the extended warranty. I have never before been in a position where I would need an extended warranty so I can not speak to the quality or service offered by the competitors of Advantage Plus, but I can say this, the value of the Warranty Program that I purchased (TP program
Guarantee L'Avantageuse Securi-TPlus ) was extremely worthwhile, and the service and professionalism that Eric offered me was invaluable. If I ever buy a used car again, I will absolutely purchase the same warranty program with Advantage Plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of third parties warranties are scams from personal experience now with avantage plus I’m very surprised I have of course the best plan that they have BUT so far every time my car went to the garage they covered everything with no problem no questions asked currently my car is at the garage the mechanic called me and told me that the repairs are 4600$ and everything is covered from the warranty I don’t know what they’ve done to other people and again we don’t know the whole stories but I WILL SUGGEST AVANTAGE PLUS to everybody they are professional and honest!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply: I am Not a Lawyer and ask all the people who you ripped off. Even the dealer never knows about the contract because they got commission from you. Nobody read the contract which you referring; May be some day A good samart Lawyer will Suit you.
I am also the victim of their SCAM. They are SCAMMERS don't buy any warranty from them. I end up paying 1500$ worth of repairs from my pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this morning inquiring about the programs available. The Company rep didn't have a clue about thier package costs...asked about how much I could expect to pay for a warranty. No idea and was told that the dealership would give that information
...so the dealer decides how much your programs are worth. I am NOT FEELING CONFIDENT IN A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT KNOW THIER PRODUCT COST....imagine trying to make a claim.
