★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a horror show today, not sure who forgot to close the car ports but all the bays were iced over, customers can easily slip and fall if you don't have good shoes, absolutely dangerous condition. Slush and dirty snow in the bays makes the owner of this facility look unprepared from last week's weather warnings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine doesn’t take debit as a form of payment (not a huge deal) so I went to get cash out. Drove up to the machine in the second stall but it wouldn’t take any of my $5 dollar bills (it says it doesn’t take the new $10). Drove around to the first stall, it took one $5 bill and then wouldn’t take any more dollar bills after that. It refunded the $5 in loonies but it’s definitely not worth the trouble. Ended up going to a different car wash on Kingsway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to use wash bay 2 (second one from the entry). DO NOT USE THIS BAY! The top of the hose has a shoddy repair so when you wash with the wand you get absolutely soaked by it running down onto you. Couldn't move to another bay due to how busy it was. Pretty disappointed as they should have closed it due to maintenance issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My main reason I went there was to have a [undercarriage blast] to wash away the dirt and salt from winter.
I paid $14. Water was splashed [[horizontally]] to the car undercarriage from a pump next to the car body. After the wash, I looked at the car undercarriage right away and found that it was dry.
Moreover, the washing time was around 2 minutes only.
Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited about trying out the dog wash at this place, but was so let down when I did. I think the machine must have been broken, or just not half of the great idea that I thought it was, because the soap didn't work and the blow dryer just made enough noise to upset my dog but nothing else. Basically I paid $10 to spray my dog with hose water in a trough in a cold room. Dang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent facility. You have to have change or else break a bill in their machine that gives tokens so plan to come back another time. Classic countdown/race against the clock once you start so it helps to have a partner.
Not perfect, but serviceable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage car wash, was looking for a good wand wash to do a deep clean. This ain’t it. Cold water doesn’t help, spent almost $30 and looked like I sprayed with garden hose. Save your money go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash took my $2 and did nothing, not a big deal. When I proceeded to tell the owner exactly what happened he just instantly laughed and said there was nothing he could do. His only solution was for me to take more money and try again and then got aggressive when I tried explaining. A faulty machine is one thing, but an owner that is unwilling to help and or consider doing the right thing is worth 1 star in my books. Comes down to the principal more than any money spent without receiving service
