They exploit their newly licensed drivers by forcing them to haul overweight loads with faulty equipments just by sending letter that company will be responsible for any tickets if stopped on weight station which is not accepted by any officer.
k	karan basra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst company i ever worked. they blame everything on dispatch if driver refuse to go on trip, if driver leaves his job and i used to work for them both in the office and outside in the yard but they never appreciate any one and moreover they do not respect their staff and i worked for more than 12 hours a day for them but still they never appreciated teams efforts and always blame everything on dispatch. worked for 5 months. but i seriously advise everyone to do not join this company.

They do pay on time but the management specially dispatchers doesn't have a way to speak they treat truckers as servants not employee and its sad to see a company being operational this way. They do unnecessary deductions from pay like calling for mechanic when required.. they say fix the issue yourself we are not paying anything. They torchure you to an extent that you will resign. Will not recommend anyone.

Poor dispatch and management. They do not pay approved waiting and layovers. They intentionally stuck their drivers in the US saying that they do not have pickup for them and intentionally make you wait for days and don’t even pay for it. And if the drivers refuses to stay(as he already knows that he’s not going to be paid for it),then they hold your whole pay for no reason. They act partially with drivers and torture them indirectly.
