E	Elisabeth Labelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from Autogama!!! We paid $70 for an evaluation before purchasing a used Audi A3, and the owner of the garage told us it was a good purchase. Two weeks later, we received an Electric Power Control signal and had to replace the pedal ($400). Two weeks later, just hours after he looked for leaks around and under the engine, the pipe he opened and closed back detached itself in a loud bang while we were driving. The Check Engine light turned on and, once we parked the car, the coolant leaked everywhere on the ground. We had to call a towing and go back to the garage, where we were that morning. He called to tell us we had to replace the thermostat and the thermostat hose. He called back to tell us we also had to replace the water pump and decarbonize the engine. Total: $1,700. We called Garage Heinz, a reputable place for Audi and Volkswagen cars, and they offered the thermostat, thermostat hose, water pump and engine decarbonization for +/- $700!!! Not only was Autogama overcharging us, but they also lied to us about the water pump and the thermostat usually coming together as a kit. We got to use the car 12 times in a month, it spent half the month at the garage and we almost spent +$2,000 on it less than 30 days after Autogama's useless evaluation. The owner doesn't seem to know what he's doing, he has abusive fees and he lies! L'Office de la protection du consommateur should definitely investigate this place! Don't ever go near this garage, it will turn your car purchase into a nightmare :'(

R	Rey Rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE WARE.GOT MY TRUCK PAINTED AND WORST JOB EVER.HE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT THE PERLE PAINT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THAT.HE RE-PAINTED THE TRUCK AFTER REALIZING HE WAS WRONG AND STILL HAD A HOLE BUCH OP DEFECTS.HE WOULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE HE HAD LOST TO MUCH MONEY ON THIS JOB AND LITERALLY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT LIKE THAT AND THAT I WAS ON MY OWN.THEY ACTUALLY PAINTED THE TRUCK WITH WINDOWS OPEN AND GOT FUMES EVERYWHERE,HE EVEN LOST MY LICENSE PLATE. BE WARE IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH HIM ,I GUESS HE MUST BE GOOD IN SOME THINGS SINCE HE'S STILL OPEN BUT FOR ME THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN ANY BUSINESS DEALING.
