★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill is down to earth and deadly honest to the point that he will want to hold off certain jobs on your car if it's really not needed. He's not the type to do a series of jobs to make sure he covers your problem. He did a fantastic job in my Subaru's head gaskets and only did what was required and not extras. I trust him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure thier good but don't buy a used engine did not come as advertised missing more than just a turbo..injectors were contaminated ,intake missing asked me what I wanted . Half my money back ,Bill agreed ,I drive from rupert to terrace he says f u I'm trying to screw him . No nothing waste of fuel and time why lead me on ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have used Bill's shop for two of our vehicles while living in Terrace for the past 4 years. We feel so lucky to have found him as a mechanic. He is fair, honest and kind. Many times, Bill walked me through the details of his work, making sure that I understood why it was required and what it meant for our vehicle. When I asked questions he always had time to make sure that I understood. He would also work hard to make sure that he supplied us with parts with good warranties and economical pricing (where appropriate). If a charge was ever higher than what I would be expecting he would give me a heads up and explain why the work would cost what it did. We trusted Bill to take care of us and take care of our vehicles. We are sad that we won't have him working on our vehicles anymore in our new city.
