THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIARS! Because of their lies I missed my flight and was charged $600. Lie #1 The bus was delayed from 8:15 to 9:30. With that delay I would still be able to make my flight we actually left at 10:10! THATS 1 HOUR 55 MINUTES LATE AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO MAKE MY FLIGHT. Had they told me that earlier I would have found another mode of transportation. Lie #2 The bus driver told us to keep our bus ticket receipt, original plane receipt, and new plane receipt because we could be compensated for the rebooked flight. Apparently that is not true at all. The most Greyhound will compensate you is for the bus ticket. So the driver lied to us causing multiple people to pay for new flights assuming they would be refunded. Which was a very hefty price tag. Lie #3 When I called customer service to get my compensation they said my bus was only 1 hour 30 minutes late to the airport (we were over 2 hours 20 minutes late) , so they would only compensate me $8. They said they have everything on file in their system. I had to repeat myself over and over that if we were only 1 hour 30 minutes late I would have made my flight. They rechecked and agreed I was in fact correct. Lie #4 They said they would reimburse me for the full bus ticket and then quoted me a number that was BELOW THE PRICE OF MY TICKET. By now I am arguing over change when I was told by the bus driver that I could be reimbursed hundreds, but they had the audacity to tell me they would refund my whole ticket price and then try to tell me a paid less for the ticket then I did!!??? TLDR: Greyhound lies causing you to be delayed hours then lies saying they can reimburse you after you spend hundreds of dollars to fix their mistakes, and then lies about the measly compensation they do give you. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM. IF YOU MUST, MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE PLANS WITHIN 5 HOURS OF WHEN YOUR BUS SHOULD ARRIVE.

It only takes one bad apple to ruin the barrel. While I had great service by several staff members who served with a smile, one member of staff gave me the absolute worst experience I have ever had with greyhound. He was extremely disrespectful and told me not to ask him any questions. When I spoke he cut me off several times to remind me not to ask him any questions. Why is he at a help desk if we cannot ask questions? He then yelled abuse at me in french, definitely not someone who should be working with customers face to face. Very dissapointed, Will not use greyhound again.

Pros: Place is clean, can usually find wi-fi there. Cons: the bus companies themselves are terrible. 20 minutes after leaving the Orleans Express bus, I realized I left something on the bus, but the empty bus had already left. So I called them. None of them offered any avenues to helping, all of them claimed they couldn't contact the bus driver or any staff or personnel, claimed there was no lost and found service, and they kept forwarding me to different numbers that forwarded me back to old numbers, all claiming that there was no way for me to find what was left on the bus and that there was nothing I could do. Lazy and unserviceable, never riding Orleans Express again.

There's a great deal of opportunities to get to shopping or to get to services, not only the ones that are usually found in a ordinary bus terminal. There's a free wifi and even two different urban medicine clinics at the second floor!

I went here when I arrived at Montreal, QC Canada, it's very beautiful and modern, also the cleanliness of this bus station including your washrooms is excellent and all of your employees working here are very respectful and friendly. I also asked an employee for calling a taxi to going from here to my hotel. Thanks !

This morning at 6:35 am the customers service opened and I was running late to book my ticket to Ottawa but the lady was in front of me in the line does not speak any English or French, so the lady in customers service asked her what language do you speak? After that she spent a while typing on her computer so it turns out that she was writing for her in Google translater so she can communicate with her and help her to book a ticket! Honestly this lady restored my faith in humanity! Such incredible heart! All the respect. We need more human like her.

There is an information section you can check the Montreal map and metro map, also there’s a shop for currency exchange, barbershop, etc,. This place can connected you with other provinces, you can also choose to travel inside Quebec province using the bus. I’ve seen some complaints in the previous reviews about the accommodation. I’ll follow up to get more infos, and update my review after. THIS IS ALI NOOR & THIS IS MY REVIEW

Decent, clean station, not very close to the historic centre, but walkable distance. There is not much of the seating area, however, toilets are free and clean. Please note that normally bus tickets provide free seating. No seats are reserved.
