I have never used their bus service and will never use it. I was touring the Gaspé by bike and three excellence buses in three days brushed past us. Your drivers (the three we saw) are public dangers, no respect for the law!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Company. The driver of the bus struck me on 5th Avenue in the middle of New York City and then fled the scene. I chased after him, yelling for him to stop. However, when I finally caught up to him, he looked at me, put his sunglasses on, and drove away. The Company refuses to reimburse me for anything. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, for their own safety.
