The drivers are too old. They sleep as soon as stopped ... proof to support ... they do not have the endurance of a young person. Not very careful for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chauffeur très expérimenté et professionnel, mais le bus était désuet et nous avons eu deux pannes! Le confort était exécrable et la toilette sans nom! Ont nous a demandé d'arriver vers 4.00hres du matin pour le départ au plus tard à 4.30. L'autobus est arrivé à 5.15! On attendait dans un parking au métro Longueuil et personne sur place pour nous aviser. Tout le monde avait froid! Inacceptable!
Driver very experienced and professional, but the bus was outdated and we had two breakdowns! The comfort was abysmal and the toilet was nameless! We were asked to arrive around 4.00 am in the morning for departure at 4.30 at the latest. The bus arrived at 5.15! We were waiting in a parking lot at the Longueuil metro station and nobody on site to let us know. Everyone was cold! Unacceptable!
