As much as it frustrates me, their diagnoses have always been spot on. Great team and excellent customer service. I am very happy with them and prefer them to be my indy mechanic as opposed to the stealership.

They have serviced my previous car, a Honda Civic and my wife's previous Acura, but most recently my BMW 328 Coupe and my wife's X3 over the last 10 yrs. I have extensive experience with car repairs over the 3 decades of owning cars. The 1st anxiety anyone feels when bringing their vehicle in for diagnostic and repairs is, are they going to gouge you, charging beyond what is necessary for needed work and parts. My life experiences, some of that being a corporate purchaser, have taught me, never take the 1st quote from anyone, shop around. However, with Auto One, Ive never felt I was being quoted anything but the most reasonable priced quote for the parts and labor. I've found that some businesses have owners who feel their backs are up against the wall of bill collectors, then feel it necessary to inflate quotes. In the case of Auto 1, these men have been doing this for decades, likely pretty fairly secure and not needing to push inflated quotes or worry about bill collectors, then needing to inflate quotes to the consumer. My feel is they do this work because it was their passion as young men building cars, and some of that remains to this day. On top of this, the personable nature of both men -Mike & Bill- leave you feeling like you're dealing with friends looking out for your best interest. They will explain issues with your vehicle in simple terms to help you make informed decisions even though you may not be knowledgeable in mechanics. I would strongly recommend their service, superior in every way.
