Love the car I test drive.

Trying to look into Auto Financing. Phone # out of service, not a good sign.

What I noticed when they called me was wow that is a lot of great things they can do for me. This what they promise me: they will give me a car, a hyunday elantra gt with 60 thousand km for the first 10 months, if I don't miss any payments during those 10 months I will get lower interest rate, the car that I want, plus the money that I put on those 10 months will go towards the car that choose. 10 months passed never miss a payment and I was excited because I was stock with a car that I didn't need, a car that I didn't want, and a car that I was force to take. But I said that's OK after 10 months all those promises will come true.....WRONGGGGGGGGG. I called them and first MARVIN told me that not the whole money will be return to me just maybe 2000 out of the 5000 that I paid, I was actually not surprise - after all I used a car for 10 months, but then MARVIN told me that I need more months to rebuild my credit, then MARVIN told me that they have another car, and I will have to stay with another car with a lot of km for another 10 months. I told MARVIN this is not what you guys promise me he say well in writing we never promise you anything like that, they don't want to business with me anymore if I don't trusted them, but how can I trusted them. Of course they sold me a horrible car twice the price with hell of a lot of km who cares, that piece of crap was sold. My advice RECORD what they promises you, RECORD it so they can't excape for what they promise to you. Is amazing that nobody does anything to investigate this place, sadly I was just trying to get a car that my family needs and improve my credit at the same time, they didn't do anything of that. This company is a shame for the Canada Auto Mobile, they make money from those ones that I just trying to rebuild they credit back. THIS WAS A SCAM TO ME

This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever been served by salesman. I thought I would give their online contact... a try, after expressing to the salesman that i was just shopping and didn't want to pull my credit until after i had found a vehicle they pull my credit without my permission or SIN. When I got a ca from the owner trying to sèll me again on his company I confronted him, he proceeded to tell me all about how good his company is and how they wouldn't do that. So I called the first guy "Miller" back and asked why he pulled my credit against my wishes and he says "it's only a soft pull it does not affect my credit rating". So I called back to the owner and asked him why they would pull my credit against my wishes and he proceeded against to tell me they wouldn't do that. So then I told him I just got off the phone with Miller and that he told me they did. The owner as he repeatedly felt he needed to tell me, then washed his hands of me and told me to phone amvic if there was a problem OBVIOUSLY not the first time he's had issues! Beware of this place!!!!

Nick called me in Manitoba and was looking to purchase a truck from our dealership for his customer. Nick was very professional and patient with us. Nick was easy to deal with. We were able to make a deal and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I can't say enough good things. I've been treated with dignity and respect. I am in a tough situation with a car that I owe more than it's worth ( -14k ) and Auto financing gave me a jeep to drive while we fix a few things (for the next 10 months ) before they help with the car. They have done nothing but fulfilling all promises made to me and really stepped out side the box to help. Great service

What I noticed when I first walked into Eddies was a very welcoming atmosphere. This was the first step in what turned out to be a great buying experience. I was lucky to have Nick help me out and walk me through the entire process - always patient (and knowledgeable) with all my questions.
