Purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Tim Monastyrski and Craig Braschuk in Noverber of 2019. The vehicle was advertised and sold as having the Dual Top Group included, so a hard top and a soft top. The soft top was located inside of the hard top at the back and could not be removed without the hard top being removed; not a viable option in November, but I assumed it would all be there being an actual dealership and they sold it to me as being included. Spring of 2020 arrives and the weather permitted me to remove the hard top and proceeded with installing the soft top, however the sides and back were missing; this left the entire back of the Jeep unsecured and open to people and weather (so basically it is useless without the sides and back). I contacted Tim to let him know and he said he was going to look for the parts as well as contact the previous owner of the vehicle to see if they had them. He contacted me back and said that the parts could not be found and he wasn't sure what else he could do, I informed him that I did not find this to be acceptable as I do not have what he advertised and sold me; the soft top is useless without sides/back obviously. He said he would look into what he could do for me further and would again get back to me. He contacted me again next day to say that there is nothing he can do as they don't have the parts and the cost to replace was not "factored" into the sale.....however as I told him the cost of the soft top was factored into the purchase price that I paid! He then contacted me again a couple days later to say that he was able to "magically find" a set of the missing parts for $250. I let him know that I did not feel good about paying $250 for something I should have received in the first place but as mentioned what I have is currently useless to me. Ended up paying him the $250 just so that I have a complete soft top roof but when I asked for a receipt for the $250 I was told I would then have to pay taxes.....and after the $250 was paid it turned out it was still short a couple of small parts to install soft top......hands down the most crooked car dealers I have experienced - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Tim was very helpful and made the buying experience easy as can be. I'd recommend Auto Adoption for anyone looking to get into a new (to you) vehicle.

View a truck with my husband, the owner did not answer messages in a timely fashion left us hanging. You were able to come and view the truck we waited for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. He would not wait for our bank to approve our financing, basicallly sold the truck out from under us. Even though six-month term financing was advertised in the add a 2-year contract was only offered with no available long-term financing. He misunderstood when we had told him we were going to have our bank of finance us due to him not being able to finance us long-term and that was fine until he wanted us to pick up the truck before our car loan was approved. My advise; buy your vehicles somewhere else. This guy does not care for customer service.

The gentleman who actually sold me my Equinox (I believe it was Tim) was a really nice and helpful person. He took the time to pick me up for a test drive and even took me where I had to go in order to complete the purchase. Also, before I continue I'm very aware I was probably a little bit of headache as a customer.. That all being said, I found myself with extreme buyers remorse.. the tread on the tires were JUST able to be safetied, the original ad for the vehicle did contain some misinformation (the year, said it had all wheel drive but didn't), and when I took the car in for an inspection less than a week later (after my gut told me to) I found out there was almost no oil in the car. I'd say within a month of having the vehicle I've spent almost a quarter of what I paid for the vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back to the lot, the initial response I received was "why would you spend money on a vehicle you don't like". While it may be a valid point I was surprised that a businessman would speak to a client like that, our discussion eventually dissolved into no aid from this place and I left with a mediocre vehicle and again, massive amounts of buyers remorse. Use caution and make sure you have someone knowledgeable on vehicles with you if you decide to deal with Auto Adoption.
