★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great communication leading up to the job, they arrived on time, did a professional job and when they were gone the only reason you knew they were here is our glass door was looking like new. There wasn't a speck of garbage left behind.
Might I add, the crew volunteered their time to help in the sandbagging of the Barrowtown Pump Station. That says a lot about the people your dealing with. ?

I live in a VERY fussy condo, and my neighbours were all very impressed by how neat and polite the crew was. Seldom do you ever get what was promised these days. I highly recommend Dan and his great crew.

They showed up when they said they would which seems like a no brainer but this isn’t the case with most trades these days!
The team was polite and friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed on time despite dealing with the recent flooding.
Our windows were installed beautifully and we couldn’t be happier we went with Authentic Installations!

Chris, our estimator, was very helpful and made great suggestions without being pushy in any way. He also went to bat for us with the manufacturer at the end to fix a final detail - great service! Very happy with the results and we would recommend them to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were great! We needed our old door replaced. Dan came for a house visit and gave us lots of good advice. V friendly and responsive to all our emails with questions! His team showed up on time (even a bit early!) and were professional, efficient and did a really quality job. Payment was easy (electronic) and although I'm sure you can pay less (or more) for this work and product, we are really happy for what we got. The door is v high quality and looks really nice. We will use them again for our windows and other doors.
