β β β β β Came here for a month and a half to treat my injury and the front desk staffs as well as Dylan were always very nice to me. Dylan was my physiotherapist, he was knowledgeable and good at explaining all of my questions or giving me suitable exercise to help with my rehabilitation. The facility was always clean and well equipped. Would really recommend anyone to go here.

β β β β β Staff is very friendly and organized. Clinic always feels like a welcoming and clean environment. The receptionist Hannah is wonderful to deal with. My therapist Dylan was extremely helpful and informative, will definitely be returning!

β β β β β I have been going to Austin Ave Physiotherapy clinic on and off for two years now. I have had two total knee replacements. My physiotherapist has been Dylan Baggott. I think he is absolutely awesome. He is well educated in his field. Dylan takes the time to explain the treatment for each appointment and has the patience to listen to any concerns. He gives great encouragement when and how one is progressing with treatment. Dylan is a very busy therapist within the clinic and I sometimes think he could use a little help.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Dylan and all his staff at the clinic to any one seeking therapy for any reason.

β β β β β The staff at this clinic are fantastic. I've worked with Dylan as well as my daughter. He was thorough in his diagnosis. Provided helpful tips and print outs of the exercises to follow. I have worked with other therapists and they've also been great. The front desk ladies are awesome. They acknowledge you when you enter the clinic which is great customer service. I would recommend this clinic for their exceptional service..

β β β β β For several years I had hip, back and knee problems and tried three or four physiotherapy centers and finally referred to Dylan in Pt Health by my son who was treated by Dylan for a knee injury recently. I found Dylan very knowledgeable and experienced, he understands your injuries well and provides helpful tips and exercises to follow. I would highly recommend Dylan for anyone who is looking for a good physiotherapist.

β β β β β The physios are great. However, there were couple times I phoned during office hours, no reply and was asked to leave a voice message, there were about 3 times I left voice messages, never received a call back or anything. Gave up booking appointment with them.

β β β β β I've come here for two injuries now and been very happy both times. I didn't feel pressured into coming for more sessions than what was needed. I had Dylan this time and he is really professional and knowledgeable. Everyone here is really nice!

β β β β β I am getting a Physio therapy after my shoulder surgery with Dylan. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is a good listener. I am super happy with the treatment. I would highly recommend to others. Dylan is a great therapist. I am lucky that I got a good therapist. Also the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.
