Les changements proposés m'ont aidé à perdre les quelques livres que j'avais en trop mais m'ont surtout aidé à réduire mes portions et mieux gérer ma faim dans la journée afin de ne pas trop manger. Ce sont des petits ajustements qui feront toute la différence à long terme.
Audrey helped me a lot to understand what to adjust in my diet and why. The proposed changes helped me lose the few extra pounds I had but above all helped me reduce my portions and better manage my hunger during the day so as not to overeat. It's the little tweaks that will make all the difference in the long run.
