I, Viet's wife, called to book appointment in early May, but because Service Department was very busy, that' s why I got an appointment on JUNE 08, 2022 at 11:00 AM. That is absolutely understandable for us. Before 11AM, I brought my Audi Q5 2017 inside ONLY for OIL CHANGED ( FREE OF CHARGE because we bought Audi Care) and talked to a very young service advisor named BROOK(?). He told me it would take about TWO HOURS for that simple service even you made appointment. Then I sat outside for 45 minutes, I saw my car still parked in the front parking lot; I went inside and talked to Brook (?). He told me my car was still IN QUEUE and maybe it would be its turn in TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. WHAT is THE PURPOSE for MAKING APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE so that the SERVICE MANAGEMENT can ARRANGE TIMES for the services for all customers IN ONE DAY ? I came outside and sat on my chair again. After around 10 minutes later (around 12:00PM), I saw my car was brought somewhere out of dealership for service. ( I DID NOT SEE my car came back after 20 minutes??? maybe I was wrong???) WHAT A MIRACLE!!! The OIL CHANGE + WASHING my car + parked in front of Service Department + the time I SAT INSIDE my car ONLY TAKES AROUND TWENTY FIVE (25) MINUTES (My IPHONE showed it's 12:25PM ) From the TIME I came in to the TIME I received my car at around 12:25PM, I receive NO PAPER, NO INVOICE??? DID MY CAR GOT OIL CHANGED ??? Today, June 09, 2022, I called AUDI Thronhill and talked to one Service Advisor, he told me FOR SURE, AFTER FINISH the Service, they must give customers INVOICE to let them know what kind of service they did on your car, AND THAT is EXACTLY that HAPPENS ALL THE TIMES whenever I get services at the Dealership of BMW or HONDA Canada. DID MY CAR GOT OIL CHANGED ??? Please STAY AWAY the Service Advisor named BROOK ( that the name he told me with NO NAME in front of his desk! I do not know that I spell his name correctly or not) FORE SURE, THAT is the LAST TIME I came to AUDI MIDTOWN SERVICE. NO MORE, FOR SURE.

I brought my vehicle into Audi Midtown for a recall on January 29th. The service centre claimed to have worked on the vehicle before smelling a fuel leak and opening the hood (though the dash-cam in the vehicle shows the hood was opened 30 minutes after being delivered with the mechanic inspecting the engine bay) to see the high-pressure fuel pumps needed to be changed and would cost $2,800 plus labour. I asked for the vehicle to be reassembled and I would deliver the vehicle to my mechanic for further inspection and the employee agreed to reassemble the vehicle. Two hours later I received a call stating that they could not reassemble the vehicle because they jammed a manifold bolt and would have to replace the fuel pumps in order to fix the manifold bolt. I refused as this experience continued to become more exasperating throughout. I got the car towed to my mechanic and upon arrival, parts were missing which Audi said were all in the vehicle. Upon further inspection, Audi bent the remaining manifold bolts as well as the one that became jammed. The explanations given by the employee was constantly changing from when the fuel leaked was discovered to when the hood was lifted. Furthermore, damaging the vehicle and not performing the proper repairs is reprehensible from any dealership, let alone Audi Canada. All repair costs were incurred to the client and Audi has taken zero responsibility.

I felt so lucky to have Pravin R. answer my call when I contacted Midtown Audi. He handled all of our needs with professionalism, care and comfort without tension. A gentleman with an amazing personality and listens to your needs with patience. Everything you would want in a salesman when buying a new car. And just go add after dealing with Pravin, the whole team at Midtown Audi are amazing! A pleasurable efficient dealership with a friendly atmosphere. These guys are the best! Can’t get into too much detail but what I can say is that Brook (advisor) and Angelo (the service manager) are stand up guys and really do care about their customers. Don’t hesitate to get your work done here.

my s5 was having alignment issues. this car is brand new-6 months old. they tried charging me for alignment- $199. of course they're going to charge on anything and everything, it's a dealership this is what they make money off. but this is a brand new car, no charge should be made and gladly it wasn't at the end. alignment is great now. i have very high performance Pirelli winter tires. i wasn't having any issues with them in the snow... until after service. these Pirelli’s take 35 PSI, audi put in 53 PSI.....i was wondering why something was so off. i almost crashed MULTIPLE times on the road driving at VERY LOW speeds with BARELY ANY SNOW on the ground. i have winter tires. not just any cheap winter tires. Pirelli's. i knew it wasn't the tires itself that was the problem. the problem was they put almost 20 PSI more in my tires than it's supposed to take...i would slip and slide driving in a straight line. the couple times i almost crashed would've caused insane damage to the car. ABS was activated multiple times. i couldn't even brake. i'm surprised how i somehow saved myself and the car from scary damage. it's almost like this PSI issue was done purposely, because i really don't believe such a mistake can be an accident...never had this issue with previous cars at Mercedes Benz... i'm not sure what's going on there but i am extremely disappointed as this could've caused me a life or death situation and a totaled car….. :((
