★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai appelé pour prendre rendez-vous suite à une référence de Subaru Laval, car j’ai eu un bris de pare-brise cet hiver (égratignure de l’essuie-glace). J’avais appelé en 20 mars 2021 et j’ai eu une soumission pour la réparation. Aujourd’hui, j’appelle pour avoir un rendez-vous et le propriétaire (sans se nommer ) indique qu’il ne fait pas ce type de réparation. J’explique ma situation et il n’est pas ouvert à la discussion. Je trouve qu’il n’y pas de constances et de professionnalisme!
 I called to make an appointment following a referral from Subaru Laval, because I had a broken windshield this winter (scratched the wiper). I had called in March 20, 2021 and got a quote for the repair. Today I call to make an appointment and the owner (unnamed) indicates that he is not doing this type of repair. I explain my situation and he is not open to discussion. I find that there is no consistency and professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alain et son équipe ont été très professionnels et ont effectué un travail de qualité sur mon vieux campeur Chevrolet 1988.
Ils ont non seulement fait un super boulot mais le prix était inférieur de 40% comparé à leurs concurrents! Le tout a été complété exactement dans les délais prévus, soit 2 jours entre la commande du pare-brise et la pose. Le tout a été complété juste à temps pour la vente du véhicule le vendredi à son nouveau propriétaire.

Alain and his team were very professional and did a quality job on my old 1988 Chevrolet camper.
They not only did a great job but the price was 40% lower compared to their competition! Everything was completed exactly on schedule, ie 2 days between ordering the windshield and installation. Everything was completed just in time for the sale of the vehicle on Friday to its new owner.

Very honest. I showed up there because I got a rock on my windshield. They told me it was a surface scratch and it didn't need repair
